The college is blessed with a well-organised old boys' association, the St Teresa's Old Boys Association (STOBA). It has branches in every part of Nigeria and beyond, in the United Kingdom and the United States.
The association works to keep the college one of the best east of the Niger, in academic excellence, moral probity, sports and much more.
Membership, verification and branch records are kept on the STOBA portal.
Old boys meet in their branches and at the national convention, held at the college around the feast of St Teresa in October. They have several projects going on in the school, including the completed giant Dike classroom blocks. At the 2026 convention the association launched a ₦1 billion infrastructure renewal plan for classrooms, laboratories, hostels, water and electricity.
Graduating students are registered in school and issued an ID card with their details. Old boys who graduated without a code can register online; each application is verified by a branch administrator.
