STOBA PH FOOTBALL TEAM.

STOBA PH continues to blaze trails in different spheres of endeavours. The Branch in order to help members keep fit decided to set up the football team. The maiden edition of the team's training took place on Tuesday 4th June, 2019 at the Madonna Model Secondary School, Rumuodara, Port Harcourt. The training started at about 7:30am with some interesting exercises led by the Chief Coach Senior Uzoka Ken. The members that were involved in this exercises were marvelled at the experiences coming from the Senior Ken, the coach and they were very happy.

The game started in earnest and the players were on top of their games to impress, especially to impress the coach and most importantly to keep fit.
The first goal came from Chidi Odo at about 20 minutes into the game. It was a classic 'flying nodding'.

The players were full of joy and were in high spirit for the next game.

The team captain, Senior Okenyi, thanked the players for showing strength and announced that the next training will be on June 12, 2019 before the general STOBA PH workout on the 22nd June.

The team were commended by the branch president Senior Engr Tony Offor and other able STOBA PH members to join the team.
